We spent a wonderful hour, guided by Maria Morris, in Langmoor Gardens in Lyme Regis. I was left feeling calm and inspired.
 
We practiced walking in a mindful manner. Learnt relaxing breathing methods and discovered how nature can help you become supremely calm.
We finished feeling relaxed, more focused with an increase in energy.
