We were very lucky to have 3 LBL Members join us to share their expertise on Hypnotherapy – Laura Culley, Jenny Lidster & Liz James. (Please click on their names for contact details)
 
We learnt that Hypnotherapy can help you very quickly and effectively overcome issues such as anxiety and phobias but is unfortunately still widely misunderstood. They explained how the mind works on both a conscious and unconscious level and why hypnotherapy is so effective in tackling emotional issues. Then we ended with a wonderfully relaxing guided visualisation and a Q&A session
