Lyme Bay Ladies – Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all members of Lyme Bay Ladies. By joining, you agree to abide by them.
1. Membership
• Membership details, benefits, and fees are set out on our “Join” page and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Membership is non-refundable.
• If you choose to discontinue your membership, you must cease all use of Lyme Bay Ladies’ name, logo, and other intellectual property immediately.
2. Communication & Data Protection
• We aim to respond to all phone calls and emails promptly and assist members with questions and concerns wherever possible.
• Upon joining, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining your membership benefits.
• Your email address will be used to send our monthly newsletter and, occasionally, important membership updates. We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

3. Use of Lyme Bay Ladies Name & Materials
Members must not:
• Use the Lyme Bay Ladies name, logo, website, or any other intellectual property to promote or sell products/services without prior written consent.
• Create or distribute printed or digital materials in the name of Lyme Bay Ladies without prior approval.
• Use Lyme Bay Ladies’ name or brand in connection with any unethical, immoral, misleading, or inappropriate activities or organisations.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from our website without written permission.
4. Conduct
Members must not:
• Use membership contact information to create email “spam” or solicitation lists of any kind.
• Post content to the Lyme Bay Ladies events page that is inappropriate, misleading, or not in keeping with our ethos.
• Use any Lyme Bay Ladies communication channel to harass, misinform, or mislead others.
5. Termination of Membership
• Lyme Bay Ladies reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that damages our reputation or community.
6. Amendments
