With her wealth of experience in ecology and conservation, environmental management, and sustainability, Adela has been working in the environmental sector for over 20 years.
Recently working with 100s of businesses across the South West, she has a reputation for finding innovate solutions, and inspiring her clients to align with a deeper purpose, and to take action towards achieving sustainability.
Adela first featured promoting biodiversity in the Press in 2007 while working in the corporate world on land management projects, partnering with The Wildlife Trusts. She found herself drawn to international conservation, cofounding two wildlife research organisations, and leading on marketing for several projects in Peru and Guatemala.
Her most profound personal achievement is learning to ride a motorbike at 50 which has given her a highly focused mind, positive attitude, and massive confidence.
Adela set up her own company Jackdaw in 2020 to support small businesses grow sustainably, through digital strategy, and sustainability consultancy.
Originally from London, Adela followed a heart calling to the West Country, where she lives in Somerset.
