At the monthly Axminster & Lyme LBL Connect meeting in July at Ria’s Workshop & Space I really enjoyed facilitating a visioning session. Such an inspiring group of women, and a wonderful space for reflection and connection!

We used the Wheel of Life Tool to explore which areas of our multifaceted life we might want to direct some energy and attention to so we can increase our satisfaction in that area of our life.
 
We did a mindful visioning exercise exploring where we are now and where we want to be in that area of our life. Identifying steps we could start taking now to move towards that vision!
 
As a career and professional and personal growth coach I support women to have the confidence and self-belief to make changes in their lives that move them towards a more balanced, fulfilled and purposeful life and career.
