Another wonderful morning spent with Lyme Bay Ladies in Bridport for their monthly connect event!
 
Our Guest Speaker was Megan Simson from WomanSpeak Dorset:
 
I am on a mission to support women in gaining confidence in speaking up and out. To know the power of their voice and what they believe is valuable and vital in our communities.
In this mini WomanSpeak workshop we experienced unique embodiment practices to help you get in touch with the wisdom you hold within you.
We learnt how to deal with the nervous energy that stops you from sharing your knowledge and aspirations with others.
We experienced the power of being in a supportive circle of women – especially while navigating the journey of finding your authentic voice.
 
Just like last month, the room was BUZZING and we left feeling full of great coffee, treats, inspiration and conversation.
 
I will be running a 6 week intensive program starting in June. Based at Walditch Village Hall, Bridport. Contact me on 07379747301 for more information.

As always it was a relaxed, social networking full of positivity and inspiration. Co-hosted by and we will some healthy treats from LBL Nutritionist – Helen Ross from the The Well Life Lab. ! Women only, in a fabulous private room thanks to LBL Karen Hussey from AG Down & WG Potter.
 
Join us at our next meeting on 31st May – warm welcomes, getting to know you and a chance to enjoy great company!

9am – 9:30 Optional coffee & catch up (so don’t worry if you can’t make it for 9!)

9:30 – 10:30 Introductions, guest speaker, chance to network

10:30 – 11am Optional Business Clinic – opportunity to stay on and get your questions answered by a monthly expert or one of the group
